2019 FILM OF THE DAY (WEEKLY RECAP #1)

This year we’re gonna be watching a new film every day (That’s right, all 365 days) and will give a little round-up of our favorites, least favorites, and letting you know what you guys need to check out this year!

Day 1: To Catch a Thief - We started off the new year with a Hitchcock classic! Cary Grant snapped as John Robie, an ex-jewel thief who’s on the run after being the prime suspect after a string of recent jewel robberies.

Day 2: The Lobster - The second day of the year gave us our first film by Yorgos Lanthimos and it blew us away. This dude’s a genius, seriously. Colin Farrel plays a man who is going to be transformed into a lobster if he can’t find the perfect partner in 30 days.

Day 3: The Killing of a Sacred Deer - After watching The Lobster, I was so anxious to check out another film by Mr. Yorgos Lanthimos so we jumped onto The Killing of a Sacred Deer, easily the most unnerving and anxiety inducing film I’ve ever watched. FILM OF THE WEEK
