Valee (feat. MattOX)
Valee and MattOX team up with ChasetheMoney to bring us Awesome. Following the formulas that artists like OG Maco and Trinidad James set into motion as guaranteed hit makers, Valee knew exactly what needed to be done on this simple, yet disturbingly hard beat by ChasetheMoney. Valee’s rudimentary flow over this beat makes it impossible to not sing along and makes it almost as addicting to listen to as Mo Bamba was. MattOX also comes in for the last verse, and I can not lie this kid finally really impressed me. With glimpses of puberty soon hitting young MattOX, it’s getting a lot easier to take him more seriously and Awesome is a great indicator of the potential this kid will have in the future.
‘CULT OF PIMP’
Lango follows up his full length project ‘Melting Point’ with Cult of Pimp, a single he released on soundcloud with producer Maxvon. Cult of Pimp follows Lango’s more energetic, mosh-pit style as he carries this industrial-inspired trap beat with melodies and flows that would make Travis Scott jealous. Lango’s always able to convey such a specific mood in his music that it’s almost impossible to not feel inspired whenever he creates something new. Cult of Pimp is yet another hit in Lango’s lengthy repertoire of creative and innovative trap tunes.
Young Gosling always has natural chemistry with his music. He always brings something new to the table, but never forgets the roots. That’s special. Session 002 allows listeners to tap into the slickness and sensuality of jazzy, mellow beats. Even based on the titles of each song, Young Gosling has got some wise words for the world. These thoughts let us tap into surrealist thoughts and ideas that come about naturally. It’s a creative journey through his beats. It’s an artistic gateway.
